The 16-cavity bottom cover mold is a high-capacity model designed for large-scale production. The mold adopts a compact mechanical layout of sixteen cavities in one mold, with uniform cavity arrangement. During injection molding, the force on the mold is balanced, effectively avoiding mold deformation caused by eccentric loading. The gating system is equipped with a hot runner and needle valve gate design, ensuring precise distribution of plastic melt. The filling speed in each cavity is consistent, and the dimensional error of the 16 formed bottom covers is controlled within 0.05mm. The core and cavity adopt an inlaid structure. Vulnerable parts can be replaced separately, reducing maintenance costs by more than 60%. The cavity surface is treated with a hard film coating, which increases the wear resistance by three times and extends the service life to 1.2 million cycles, enabling efficient and low-cost production of the bottom cover.
